iRecord Overview.

 

iRecord is an advanced image recording system for CCTV cameras. Either IP based or analogue through a video server (analogue to digital converter).

 

Azimuth is the latest version of iRecord, using our very succesful processor specific codec for reliable ultra fast image processing. Azimuth is probably the world's first image storage system that writes its stored CCTV as a BLOB (Binary Large Object) making the system unlimited in size and capable of better than 99.999% reliability.

 

Images are stored in a MySQL database, giving the system designer the ability to choose the OS and platform for image storage.

Azimuth has a user interface designed by a Boeing Aircraft Instrumentation engineer.

 

 

 

Azimuth feeds our central control room software Merlin either on a campus basis or to a commercial Alarm Receiving Station.
